Never Jams or Freezes
I like this Canon printer because it prints every-time I send a file to it. Of course there must be paper, ink & electricity ;) Ok, so it does not the have the print quality of an HP, but that being said, it never jams, or has software/driver issues. I can't tell you how many times my former HP printer made me feel like throwing it out a\the window. Rebooting - reinstalling - reloading the driver over and over. This Canon printer is well made and does what it is supposed to do reliably and every-time I press "Print." Great price too!
