I mean…for this hefty price tag we were very hesitant, albeit desperate. I had a cheap little canon desk printer for seven years, I thought it was great and was upset it broke. I didn’t want any printer that had some ink service I was trapped in. A staples guy showed us to many printers and we ended up going for this one, hoping it would save us $ in the long run on ink. RUN don’t walk!!! I’ve printed SO much on this so far and it’s barely touched the ink. I’m talking pages of colored illustrations and photographs. It allows you to fill just the color you need. This printer is AMAZING, I’m frugal and I’m telling you, you will not regret this!! Wish I had bought it years ago.
