This is NOT a bad product at all. As a travel accessory, it just about pulls its weight as a full-sized printer. Obviously don't expect to print any photos with it, but as far as regular documents go, it prints well. Especially all-black normal text, the quality is indistinguishable from a regular printer. Very easy to set up and take down, especially if you have a good case where everything is organized. The only downside to it is how long the ink cartridges last. If you plan to do any sort of meaningful printing, get a spare black right away because it will run out fast. I can't say exactly how many pages you can do with it, but it's not many, maybe 50 if going top quality, maybe less. I was able to get about 80 if memory serves correctly by reducing quality and going to grayscale only. The colors will NOT last if printing color forms. Everything in terms of usability, functionality, and portability of this printer is great. The mileage per cartridge is the only downside. Overall, Canon quality in a pinch, but you're definitely paying for the size and portability because for $200 you can get a printer that's way better, in my opinion. If you're looking for a "main" printer to use in your home office without the need to travel, this may not be the best option

Smart little compact printer, very fast.

I used these when I was traveling for work never an issue until it got dropped and broke the paper feed. but it worked hand feeding it. It was time for an upgrade.

Fits nicely in my carry-on.

Initially setup was easy. I installed the printer on my smartphone and printed a pic. Awesome!
However, When I started using it more, I kept losing WIFI connection. Spent a couple of valuable hours trying to figure it out. Frustrated, I finally called tech support.
I wish I would’ve called a lot earlier! My tech was so knowledgeable and kind! With the awesome tech support in addition to the quality of print, I would highly recommend. But if you’re having difficulty, don’t waste time and patience, call tech support! 😁👍🏽

It doesn’t take up a lot of space, it’s quiet and does a great job printing. Photos come out just as good as a store like Walmart for the everyday person and documents are crisp and presentable. High tech studio quality, no. For the person on the fly or tight on space, it’s awesome
